COMMENTS:
Director/writer/cameraman in film/video industry. President/CEO of own company, DIMENSION 3 (D3), which provides 3D (stereoscopic) film, TV and print technologies.

Served in army (1968-70)(101st Airborne/Viet Nam - Bronze Star). Immediately out of the army, hired as cameraman/3D consultant for a 3D film - THE STEWARDESSES. An amazing success ($27M at the boxoffice).

Worked on many films as cameraman, optical effects cameraman/supervisor during 70's.

In 1979, co-founded 3D Video Corp., and developed the first practical 3D system for broadcast TV. Made tons of money, but various "suits" came with the money, and soon was squeezed out. Quit in 1982 and resumed independent film work.

1987 partnered with attorney and formed Spatial Technologies Inc. (STI), and bought the assets of 3D Video from bankruptcy court. Developed better 3D systems.

1995, internal issues lead to his closing STI and 3D Video. Reactivated DIMENSION 3 (originally formed in 1973) as sole owner.

Has traveled the world - married twice - no children. Member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), expert SCUBA certified, Director of Photography (local 600, retired), co-author one book (AMAZING 3-D, Little, Brown & CO., 1982-83), author many articles (ENCARTA 2001-2004). Likes things new. Likes things old. Excellent problem solver.
